I am currently trying to lose weight right now and I just signed up for a gym. My short term goal is go to the gym 3-4 times a week for the first two weeks and then I will treat myself to a manicure. Plus my other goal this week is to drink 8 glasses of water a day. I like having little rewards for myself. Keeps me going. So far I've lost 7 pounds since Jan 1st!

I have been doing terribly on my goals lately. Its hard to work full time and also find the time and energy to eat the right food and do exercise. I probably have to sit down and figure out away to do this.

My goal is to lose 3 pounds by the end of February, I think it's an excellent idea to make small goals. I do believe it acts as a source of motivation.

My goal for this weekend is to plan and shop for next week meals, so I'm sure we are making the healthier choices. The past 2 weeks have been bad...
