Default Weight loss with a bad knee and back

I am a 46 yr old 6ft2 and weigh about 350lbs/160kg/25stones.

I need some help to step up my training in the fat burning zone - level 2. I use a Polar FT80

I had surgery on my knee last year to repair damaged cartilage. I can use the cross trainer for 1hr or 2hrs on level 3 but if I try and increase the resistance my knee becomes very weak and painful and gives way afterwards. Any suggestions on what I can do to increase training in the fat burning zone without affecting my knee?

I have a bad knee also,I use the elliptical. and mainly walk.I can not run very fast or else the pain will begin.Exercise is essential for reducing pain and retarding joint deterioration.Bicycle riding, walking, and water exercises are good choices.Avoid weight-bearing or impact exercises.

I also have problems with his knee and was told to lose weight. A doctor because of his obesity, you put a lot of stress on joints and damage can be useful. In the meantime, what do you do? Well, one thing that I was getting steroid injections in his knee and he worked for was about Two and half months.

Some researchers believe that being overweight is the result of people craving foods that they are allergic to.There are thousands of communities out there, so keep looking until you find the one that fits you.Your doctor may recommend that you see an allergy specialist.

Doing high-impact activities such as running burn a lot of calories, helping with weight loss.Well I think that swimming and water aerobics are good low-impact exercises for people with bad knees.
