Well, first of all, it is important to be realistic. What this means is that you do not expect to lose fifteen pounds in a week and you should not start out with a rigid diet. These two goals are unrealistic and you end up leaving before you see any results. For the best to lose weight is by small changes. First, track your food intake. You are what you eat and how it is affecting your body, be aware of. Make small changes at first, for example, bring an apple instead of a bag of chips to work. You also have a bottle of fruit juice instead of a soda can at work trying to bring. Such small changes make a big difference in the long run.
