I would suggest cold compress and some darkness. I don't know if you have ever tried reflexology, it's a kind of massage but it is done on the feet.

Wow, your problem is what more than 80% of us are trying to get achieve. I would suggest you eat much of the foods containing good fats and oils that will not result in you getting heart disease.

Organic foods do not have much perservative iin them, so they tend not to last as long as the other, but that means that the added chemicals and pesticides are not transferred to you body either.

I lost 8 pounds !!

I have been trying to change my eating habits for the last couple of months. Cutting out much of the sweets and empty carbs, I checked my weight on Monday and I lost 8 pounds, I really estatic.:)

OK....call me whatever, but how many ounces make up a litre. I drink about 32-40 oz per day. Sometimes a cup or two more depending on the atmosphere.

To be honest, I have never heard of such a case, its normally the other way around. I guess you don't fell much like exercising too....to burn up some of those calories. :D
