I think you need to take some sort of soft drink to maintain your mood stable and cool.. their herbal supplements which can be use to avoid mood swing..........

Mood swings are commonly associated with mood disorders including bipolar disorder (manic depression and depression. Another major factor in mood swings can be hyperactivity or hyperactivity/inattentiveness as is sometimes seen in ADHD. More commonly mood swings can be a result of dealing with daily life.
