Default How to, remove fat.

Well i have been slim always but i have a little tummy showing.
I tried fitness club but then i start loosing so much which i don't
need to. What is the great way to remove fat? Hard exercises,
do not suit my body it seems.So i want to know all your opinions
and suggestions so please share here.

You need to do exercise for a slim body. but I suggest you that bursts and crunches. You need to hold yourself in a push-up position, resting your forearms on the ground. Try 3 or 4 sets of holding for 30 seconds each. Getting up and moving throughout the day by going for walks will also help. But with this you also need a good sleeping routine at night time because if don't sleep well then its hard to reach your slimming goal.

Hi,

workout will make your muscles stronger which will make them 'appear bigger' if the fat layer has not been burned first.
