Well, I prefer to eat more than one, in fact, often the inventor diet to eat four bananas in the morning, but do not eat their own point of fullness or discomfort. Eat raw, uncooked, unfrozen bananas. Other fruits instead. If other fruit instead, requires only limited to some variant of a meal, each fruit type.

Bananas for snack suppress appetite. During meals, they generate enzymes that can help improve digestion. Bananas have found their way there by accident perhaps, but it should be noted that bananas can not do long term damage. No side effects and do not cause withdrawal symptoms.
