Banana is my favorite fruit. It has lot of benefits. Banana contains iron and vitamins that are best for energy. We can get protein with eating banana daily. This post is wonderful and very informative for me. Keep sharing new and healthy information friends.

That is correct, even baby can eat bananas because its soft and almost no seeds at all. We always have bananas in our house, we eat them every after meal, though I eat them anytime I want, not only after meals.

Yes i do agree that baby like it just because it is soft , tasty and healthy , full of phosphorous. More you can smash it with boil potato and have a good taste. you can make banana dish .. fruit chart simple like just pepper and salt and cream and sugar in it.
