You should do High Intensity Interval Training for 30 mins. Warm-up on 4.0 speed for six mins, which is a nice walking speed. Run at 6.5 speed for 1 minute starting at the 6 min mark. Then walk on 4.5 speed for two mins. Do this til you reach the 25 min mark and cool down for 5 mins.
