There are certain foods that have been researched and proven to reduce inflammation due to arthritis. The symptoms of inflammation, pain, swelling, red is area. The some Anti-inflammatory foods. Like Broccoli Sprouts, Sweet potatoes, Spinach, Olives, Papaya and much more.
