Default Obviously, Misconceptions are with Strength Training as well

Primarily misconceptions with Strength Training are:

1. Weight lifting is unsafe.
2. If you stop, muscles will turn to fat.


The thing is that, if one do not have awareness these misconceptions will remain inside you either it could be fitness or weight lifting.
Solution is to engaged the proper gym trainer.
