Hitting the heavy bag or your arms, shoulders and leg muscles will strengthen the kick. Bags will hit back, keep in mind, but you may use a double end bag with the reflex action which resembles a debate partner feel. Your double end bag, the natural reflex reaction to energize and protect your body's own coming at you from all sides to stimuli will quicken your reaction time. Ring that no one saw the punch is.
