Aerobic exercise is my favorite. Regular aerobic exercise leads to lower blood pressure reduces strokes and heart attacks. But also to reduce fat and cholesterol in the arteries. Fats and cholesterol are the culprits that clog arteries, atherosclerosis and that coronary artery disease.
