How to, remove fat.
Well i have been slim always but i have a little tummy showing.
I tried fitness club but then i start loosing so much which i don't need to. What is the great way to remove fat? Hard exercises, do not suit my body it seems.So i want to know all your opinions and suggestions so please share here. |
You need to do exercise for a slim body. but I suggest you that bursts and crunches. You need to hold yourself in a push-up position, resting your forearms on the ground. Try 3 or 4 sets of holding for 30 seconds each. Getting up and moving throughout the day by going for walks will also help. But with this you also need a good sleeping routine at night time because if don't sleep well then its hard to reach your slimming goal.
