Maximum Strength Peak Contraction Static Rep Training For Building Muscle Mass!

Maximum Strength Workout training for maximum strength and muscle Pete Sisco's MAXIMUM STRENGTH is an innovative way of training using the static rep peak contraction training method. Peak contraction training will make you stronger than you have ever been in your life with just four or five workouts From today!

There is 3 things you need to know in order to build muscle and strength

1) Muscle will only grow if it is stimulated to grow (over loaded).

2) The training has the required stimulation for activation of as many of the muscle fibers as possible.

3) The way we can activate the most muscle fibers is by lifting the heaviest weights possible in the muscles peak strength position

This is of course in conjunction the proper nutrition program and proper rest. And this is what the Maximum Strength training system is all about! It is about getting the most intensity out of each and every work out! Static Rep training consisted of exercises that placed a muscle in its peak contracted position for maximum stress to the muscle. Static contraction training is a workout based on working in your strongest range of motion. When performing any type of exercise, there is always a weak range of motion and a strong range of motion. For example, the bottom of the bench press is the weakest range of motion, and the top of the press is the strongest range of motion.

This type of muscle mass training has work from total beginner to powerful athlete Pete Sisco has documented and tested the static rep workout routine over many years and has tested it on many people and it has always produced fast results..
