1. Eat small but often – Starting the day with a good and healthy breakfast is a great way to boost your metabolism. Further in the day, it would be great to take five to six small and healthy meals, instead of three heavy meals. This also works great to enhance your metabolism and burn calories easily.

2. Ask yourself if you are hungry – Hunger is not the only reason why people eat. Yes, it may sound strange but think about it carefully and you are sure to agree on this one. Food has become an important part of our social interactions and is also a source of comfort and stress reliever for many. For example, haven’t you ever reached out for snacks while watching a movie or a television? Or don’t you see students eating more during the exam time? Of course we all have witnessed that! Such mindless eating often causes weight gain. Hence it is important to analyze our emotional triggers as to when we eat mindlessly and ask ourselves before eating, if we really are hungry?

3. Get sufficient amount of sleep – Improper sleep can lead to exhaustion that makes a person feel hungry. So, sound sleep of 6-8 hours everyday is essential to keep away unnecessary weight gain.

4. Switch off your television – You burn more calories while sleeping than when you watch television. It is thereby advisable not to eat while watching television or when you are working on a computer. In case, you just cannot resists watching your favorite show, you can do some light workout while being glued to the television set. Easy exercises such as hand weights, squats and sit-ups are extremely helpful.

5. Avoid sugary drinks – Sugared drinks like cold drinks, sodas, fruits drinks et al contains a lot of calories that increases your weight. So, the more you stay away from them, the better it is for you to lose weight. You can replace them by water, which makes you feel full and is also healthy for you.

6. Shop when you are full – People tend to get tempted by outside food especially when they are shopping. Make sure you have belly full of a healthy meal before you leave your home for shopping to avoid being carried away by any such temptation.

Mostly eat fruits and vegetables that are currently available in-season.First of all you cam eat a diet food with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.These are normally used to stomach fat to maintain a proper fat your weight. Do some physical activity like walking and Arabic.Eat a diet food with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.If you want to reduce stomach fat , choose a well balanced diet food such as Weight Watchers, rather than a fad diet.

It doesn't matter that fruits and vegetables that are currently available in-season. Most of the people have not extract control over to eat the junk and also oily food. So this is the main cause. I want to say that All the people will have start with fresh fruits and also avoid the junk and fatty food. Even They will have to also make their diet plan. I am sure that It should be more helpful.

If We want to loss the weight, We can extract control over the fatty and oily food and start to eat organic food.. Physical activities is also impact on the weigh loss. Which indicate such as walking , running , swimming , cycling. etc..
