Neuro fat loss training is a workout technique which, to my knowledge, was coined by Dr. Kareem Samhouri, that describes how you can improve the way your body communicates with its own central nervous system to help you achieve a better and more effective workout. But what is Neuro fitness and how can you change your workouts to be able to achieve it?

As each muscle contraction that you do during your workouts is triggered by a signal from your central nervous system, you want this signal to be as strong as possible. It's like a road which you drive on. If the road is well paved, straight, and wide, you'll be able to go faster and reach your destination sooner. If the road is narrow, winding, and full of potholes, you'd have to take it slower.

Your neural signals travel along roads in a similar way. You won't this signal to reach your muscles in the clearer and strongest way possible. To do that, you need to train in a certain way. This will not only help you to build muscles in a faster and more effective way but also will accelerate your body's natural fat loss capabilities.

Well, For this there are a few principles you need to follow:
1. Do multi-planar movements with exercises that make your body go forward, backward, and do rotational movements as well.
2. Make sure to perform your exercises in varying speeds, doing both quick paced workouts and slower movements as well.
3. Make sure to keep your workouts as balanced as possible. Don't work your chest more than your back, your triceps more than your biceps. Make sure your body is balanced and you neural signals will flow better.
4. Make sure to be active. Inactivity can lead to a reduction in the strength of neural signaling.

Our nervous system works the same way. Just substitute water for neurological signals. The body is better able to communicate with the nervous system to the flow of nerve signals to muscles and improve the contraction for the same effort. This will also help to achieve better and faster loss of fat. It can also help prevent or break plateaus.

For these there are several principals can be depending on them. Make sure to keep your workouts as balanced as possible. Don't work your chest more than your back, your triceps more than your biceps. Make sure your body is balanced and you neural signals will flow better.

Sounds good. Even I have already brought the video of this training which consider all training. I feel strongest in body. Even I have lost 4 pounds in one week.

Neuro fat loss was created to establish a starting point for communication with your nervous system through exercise.This Neuro Fat loss and Fitness concept is something that got some people confused as it's not so easy to understand. In fact, it's a rather new topic.Neuro fitness training is no easy feat. Expect to work hard and be willing to change your current familiar routine.

Hey, Is it not similar to Yoga exercise?
In yoga our mind perceptions involved that make it more effective and productive. Yoga can reduce body weight without hard workouts so this is due to the our mind perceptions. So Neuro training to some extent seems similar to yoga technique.
